Check in/out:
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the suite within within 9:00 a.m.
Booking confirmation:
1/3 of total due. The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed as soon as we receive the deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Applied penalty charges (percentage applied to the total amount for your reservation) are as follows:
- from 30 to 20 days prior to the booked date of arrival 33%,
- from 19 to 10 days prior to the booked date of arrival 70%,
- from 9 days prior to date of arrival, no show or early departure 100%
General informations:
- Upon receipt of a written confirmation and a deposit, the reservation becomes binding.
- According Art. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure the entire booked stay will be charged.
Tourist tax:
A tourist tax will be added of Euro 3,90 per person (aged 14 years and over) and day
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on our premises. Thank you for your understanding
Guest Pass / Mobil Card:
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional
government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services,
which vary depending on the tourism organization.
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above
decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.
The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible
for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
